If you are unhappy with your shoes, you can return them within 30 days and our dedicated artisans will remake them free of charge. Alternatively, we can offer a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.
If the shoes do not fit, we will take them back and re-make a new pair in a different size. If you have any questions regarding the size, please contact us or book an appointment in London or Paris to try some samples.
To return an order, please contact us with your order number and your reasons for return. We will then provide you with further details. You are only responsible for the one-way return postage. The cost for return postage will be discounted from your next order.
The return will be accepted if dispatched within 10 days from the time the request for return was accepted by us, in its original packaging, accompanied by proper documentation.
We reserve the right to decline incomplete returns.
Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months from receipt of order. In case you receive shoes that were damaged during transportation, please contact us within 24hrs.
We will not accept any liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal conditions, misuse, alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
We will take charge of the transportation costs associated with the returns of faulty items.
